PREPARE SIMZAY ORIENTAL SOUP
- Saute pinch of chopped garlic in 1 TSP of oil.
- Add 40 grams of cooked meat and 40 grams vegetables of your choice.
- Add 300 ml water and 30 grams of all in one soup sauce, stir well and cook to boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Dissolve corn flour in cold water and add in soup un-till desired thickness achieved.
- Beat 1/2 egg and add in to soup in a clockwise direction and let it cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish with spring onion and enjoy….
